Friddi is a well experienced chef who has worked for 23 years in various, well esteemed, restaurants and hotels around Europe. The last 10 years as Head Chef.
He then decided to move to Koh Phangan (Thailand), to become a Scuba Diving Instructor. There he worked for 7 years in the dive business but soon started to miss the cooking and especially the good food......So the dream of Peppercorn was born. On the 27 December 2006 the dream became reality and Peppercorn Restaurant opened.
We like to spoil our customers with Juicy Steaks and a great variety of dishes, from many parts of Europe. We also offer Daily Specials, Deserts, Cakes and a wide selection of Vegetarian Food, in good portions and for a reasonable price.
Friddi prepares and cooks all the dishes himself and uses only the best ingredients. For example, Butter, Cream and Wine. We do not use any artificial products or ingredients.
